Lollipop Cruise, Part 12: Anointed

Alicia wasn’t sure why she was crying…

She was proud of Tim’s soul & of his success…

She knew his magic was his courage to be.

She was a dreamer… but she never dreamed of this!

Steep rocky slopes… became rolling prairies… speckled with many apple trees.

Meandering and intermingling… were millions of moderns and ancients…

Were they escaping from something? Or, were they searching for something?

Do we survive an apocalypse? Or, do we discover a new Garden of Eden?

Ezra gathered his family to pray for the success of Tim’s mission…

All heard God give this to Tim who was now… Divinely anointed.

There was 14 year old Joshua and 8 year old Samuel…

Esther was 7… Daniel 4… Isaiah 3… Phoebe 5… and Anastasia was 4.

Ruth proudly watched… as Ezra led the prayers…

Kalman and Cheryl proudly watched their son Tim who was…

Holding hands with Alisha… They seemed to truly love each other.

Kalman and Cheryl had raged through their divorce…

Which burned so bad… it numbed them into now respecting each other.

They saw their son at 14 with hope… where they’d loved then failed.

Ezra began, “Ruth, I, & our 7 kids… embrace Tim into our family…

We’ve all heard, with our own ears, how Hashem has anointed Tim…

With a critical role of aiding the Messiah who will soon arrive.

For 7000 years, we’ve awaited this Messiah who’ll usher in a new order.

Eat our roasted lamb, drink our wine, and let us celebrate this miracle.”

All repeated, “We are blessed… We are blessed…

God points the way… We do the rest.”

As they repeated this, thousands of angels & humans joined…

To say, “We are blessed… We are blessed…

God points the way… We do the rest.

We’ll give our lives to protect and save Tim…

We’ll obey his orders… he’s now an officer of God.”

Esther asked, “I know I’m only 7… but I want to see Heaven on Earth…

Tim, since God has anointed you…Can you please teach me God’s wisdom?

Danny & Esther… cheered their sister’s question…

Phoebe was jealous she hadn’t thought of it first…

Anastasia wasn’t sure what everyone was saying… Isaiah watched a butterfly.

Tim said, “OK. One lesson for tonight… Then I think that awesome lamb…

Which smells wonderful… will be roasted and ready to eat.

That lamb gave his life for our having this meal…

And we shall appreciate and remember his sacrifice.

But that’s Ezra’s and Joseph’s lesson.
